GeroWallet Announces Integration Partnership With Minswap
Our partnership ecosystem grows again! This time around, we entered into an integration partnership with none other than Minswap.
Minswap aims to build a decentralized exchange with multi-function liquidity pools on the Cardano blockchain. Multi-function liquidity pools means implementing multiple pricing functions for a single liquidity pool, which allows liquidity providers to enter a pool that would yield the highest rewards for a given pair.
The platform also leverages the automated yield farming strategy popularized by Yearn Finance to allow liquidity providers to redistribute capital. Combining these elements in a single platform would allow liquidity to be transferred between pools seamlessly and reduce trading fees. With the multi-function liquidity approach, the platform will be able to host constant-product, stable, multi-asset and dynamic pools. Users will also be able to leverage an ERC20 converter to trade Ethereum based tokens at low fees.
To determine the most efficient trade route in a multi-function liquidity pool, Minswap will implement multipool routing that splits trades into small parts and spreads them to different pools to find the best prices. Minswap will also function as an on-chain price oracle and facilitate automatic babel fees redemption. This will allow stakepool operators to accept native tokens as transaction fees and easily swap those tokens for ADA. It will also support Fair Initial Stake Offerings (FISOs).
