GeroWallet Announces Strategic Partnership With Canucks Publishing!

GeroWallet is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Canucks Publishing to enable Non-Fungible Token (NFT) support.

As the use cases for NFTs slowly expand beyond artwork, into more practical areas like identity verification, proof of property ownership, etc, there will soon be demand for a secure storage platform to host valuable information in the form of NFTs. We are anticipating this need and have joined forces with the Canucks team to develop and deploy NFT support on the GeroWallet platform.

On a basic level, users will be able to store their NFTs on GeroWallet. However, in the long run, we would like to provide an end-to-end solution where users can perform DeFi related activities and transactions with the information stored in their NFTs, all within GeroWallet. This will, of course, depend upon the development of NFT technology and its utility.

To celebrate yet another milestone, we will also be launching our own collection of GeroWallet branded NFTs. These NFTs can be minted on the Canucks Publishing platform once NFT support is officially deployed on GeroWallet. We hope ours will be the first NFT you store on GeroWallet!

The goal of Canucks Publishing is to provide a one stop shop for creating your Cardano NFT collection. The platform is mature, battle-tested, and supports advanced features such as drop countdowns, dynamic bundles with minimum rarities, as well as throttling mechanisms to ensure the Cardano network does not become overloaded with extremely busy drops, and ensuring a great user experience for end users. The owners, Mike and Vivek are huge advocates of Cardano and also operate the Cardano Canucks [CANUK] stake pool.
